Job Description
The Sr. Technical Product Owner within the Digital & Web Technologies group of Jefferson Health’s IS&T department plays a key role in defining scope and features, facilitating prioritization, and driving delivery of the consolidation, integration, and optimization roadmap for Patient Experience Enablers. This role supports various platforms and products, including VCO Expansion, Ada Expansion, Enterprise Salesforce, Enterprise Web (Adobe/Drupal), Omnichannel messaging (SF/Rx.Health/HelloWorld) for consumer loyalty, and MuleSoft APIs for Provider & Location Data (Epic Provider Finder, Kyruss & Credential Stream). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, agile methodologies, and a passion for improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap:
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of product vision and strategy for digital products and custom clinical applications, ensuring alignment with Jefferson Health's goals and objectives.
- Define scope and features for the consolidation, integration, and optimization roadmap of Patient Experience Enablers.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs of stakeholders and the development team.

- Facilitate prioritization of tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT, and business units, to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure successful product delivery.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and understanding of platform requirements
- Agile Leadership:
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Drive agile practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery of digital solutions.
- User Experience:
- Work with UX designers to advocate for user-centered design, ensuring that products deliver an exceptional user experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure products meet performance standards and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Documentation & Training:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and support for ongoing platform maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital platforms and applications. Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, and familiarity with custom application development. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification preferred.
