Akkodis is hiring for an IT PM to serve one of our clients in the utilities industry!
Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days in office)
Employment type: contract
Pay: $67.50/hr (W2)
General requirements:
- Articulate ideas, requirements, and solutions to stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, reports, and emails.
- Pay close attention to stakeholders' needs, concerns, and feedback to gather accurate requirements and achieve issue resolution.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analyze, evaluate, and recommend solutions to business problems, policies, and procedures based on analysis of conflicting information and/or information from different sources to meet needs
- Audit and test business processes and systems for compliance with requirements and business needs.
Ability to:
- Help facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
- Identify problems, analyze data, and develop practical solutions.
- Evaluate information and arguments critically to make informed recommendations.
- Align analysis and solutions with the Collection System Operations' strategic goals and objectives.
- Use visuals effectively to present data and information.
- Deliver presentations confidently and effectively to various audiences, including executives and staff.
Knowledge of:
- Sewer collection and water agencies, including trends, regulations, and business processes
- Principles and practices of technical problem-solving
- Methods of developing business process specifications
- Principles and practices for producing compelling and efficient business solutions
- A systematic approach to problem-solving
