Job Title: IT Program & Operations Coordinator
Salary Range: $60,000 – 80,000
Location: Seattle – Administration
About The Position
Evergreen Goodwill is seeking a Program & Operations Coordinator to support the VP of Technology and help drive alignment, organization, and execution across the broader technology function. This hybrid role combines project coordination, business analysis, and light executive support into a single position that is highly cross-functional and operationally essential. The ideal candidate thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity and creating momentum behind critical initiatives. At its core, this role centers around managing the flow of work—tracking timelines, surfacing blockers, and ensuring that projects move forward clearly and consistently. This is not a traditional assistant role, but a utility player role for someone who enjoys connecting dots, managing details, and staying close to strategy while delivering on tactical needs.

Program & Project Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Track timelines, manage risks, and surface blockers to ensure visibility and momentum across initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and internal process tracking systems.
Executive Operations & Communication
- Manage meeting logistics, internal communications, and follow-ups for the VP of Technology.
- Support board and leadership preparation by synthesizing updates, drafting materials, and coordinating deadlines.
- Help maintain focus on strategic goals by filtering and sequencing incoming requests and action items.
Business Analysis & Workflow Mapping
- Provide business analysis support, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution scoping.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve workflows using technology.
- Support the evaluation and prioritization of new tools or system changes based on business value.
Change Management & Adoption Support
- Support the rollout and adoption of new systems and tools across departments.
- Coordinate training schedules, feedback loops, and documentation to support user success.
- Track usage and surface adoption risks early, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Education And Experience
- A bachelor's degree in fields like Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a project management, technology program coordination, executive support, or business operations role.
- Familiarity with business analysis, process mapping, or project management best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with tools like Freshworks, Microsoft Planner, CoPilot, ChatGPT, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft
- Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of follow-through and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused, manage priorities, and keep projects moving forward.
- Clear empathy and respect for frontline staff, with a commitment to delivering and designing practical, user-centered solutions.
- Comfortable analyzing problems, thinking critically, and offering practical solutions that help teams work smarter Clear and confident communicator—able to share ideas, ask good questions, and keep people in the loop.

Skills And Competencies
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders in a project or operations capacity.
- Familiarity with nonprofit environments, mission-driven organizations, or resource-conscious teams.
- Experience supporting or coordinating Agile, Kanban, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Comfort working in both structured project frameworks and informal, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to design and maintain dashboards or lightweight reporting tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Understanding of change management principles and techniques for supporting tech adoption across varied teams.
- Experience managing internal communications or contributing to board-level presentations and planning sessions.
- Working knowledge of low-code/no-code tools or automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) to support process improvement.
Physical Abilities
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit for periods of time, communicate with other employees by talking and hearing, required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, and operate computer systems.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
Work Environment
- Exposure to computer screens.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Required in-office work schedule, 5 days/week in office.
