Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on global program leadership.

Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Should be able to demonstrate the successful Program management for 1000 task, 100M$, and 100 Stakeholders.

Utility Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the organization's of Power, Energy industry or sector.

Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.

Skills: Experience with program management tools, such as P6, MS Project, or Jira.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum
