We are looking for a skilled NOC Support Engineer to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LAN and WAN troubleshooting, routing, switching, and network monitoring tools. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with various branches and the flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and systems to ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot LAN and WAN issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions. Work on routing and switching configurations and optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and branches to diagnose and resolve network-related issues. Utilize monitoring tools and analyze network performance metrics. Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools. Assist in the implementation and support of SD-WAN solutions (advantageous but not mandatory). Escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed and follow up on resolution progress. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and network changes. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and security standards.
