Position: Network Operation Center

Job Responsibilities:
Primary Skill Set :
1)Analyze the Alerts and Escalate the event
2)Monitors dashboards round-the-clock which acts as an eye to the whole
3)Infrastructure, NOC Engineers should be able to detect any impending hardware failures, voice and Data network failures and to help identify the root cause of any existing or impending events
4)NOC engineer will escalate critical events to Operation Group
5)Monitoring the Infrastructure real time
6)Continuously review all the infrastructure globally.
7)Monitors any changes in the infrastructure, or any issue that may impact the IT environment
Documentation and reporting
8)Prepare Weekly and Monthly Alert Report
9)Monitor the change events (includes planned changes / preventive maintenance/ client maintenance)
10)Disable the alerts and alarms at the start of the change event for impacted devices
During the change event closely monitor the rest of the infrastructure to detect any impact
11)Enable the alerts and alarms after the completion of change event Incident Handling
12)Ready to support during the outages and provide regular updates until the event it closed.
Secondary Skill Set :
1)Maintain strong working relationships with all IT Functions.
2)Quarterly Infrastructure Health Analysis Maintain and update vendor support information
Mentor the peer group Information sharing and knowledgebase updates.

8)Knowledge Repository Creation & Management.
9)Incident management support.
