We are seeking an IT Manager with experience in information security, network management, and help desk support, along with a strong background in digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations across multiple countries (India, Vietnam, Indonesia) and will play a key role in promoting internal information security, optimizing IT workflows, and leading AI-driven solutions to streamline business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and promote internal information security governance
- IT Operations & Help Desk Support
- Provide L2/L3 network support and handle routine IT operations, including account management and help desk support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC and network issues, and respond to employee IT inquiries.
- Manage asset inventory including PCs, company phones, and BYOD devices, ensuring all assets are tracked and accounted for.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure access and account provisioning.
- Perform regular inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
- Collaborate with HQ and regional teams (India, Vietnam, Indonesia) on IT initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to company policies.
- Regularly report on IT status, security incidents, and support activities during weekly or biweekly meetings.
- Play a key role in IT governance, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld across all regions.
- Manage comprehensive IT operations across India, Vietnam, and Indonesia, including cloud tools integration (Slack, Google Workspace).
- Lead the integration of AI solutions in both back-office and front-office operations based on evolving business needs.
Required skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Admin in an independent role..
- 1+ year of experience managing multiple team members.
- 3+ years of experience as an Admin for Google Workspace and Slack.
- 3+ years of hardware admin experience, including laptop management and network infrastructure.
- 3+ years of IT Admin experience in a global company.
- 3+ years of overseas experience (study abroad or work experience).
- Proficient in PC operation and maintenance, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in information security handling and incident response.
- Knowledge of L2/L3 network operations and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with account management and help desk support.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security practices, and asset management.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in internet companies, startups, or Japanese companies.
- Previous experience with information security operations and campus network construction.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital transformation in IT operations.
- Experience managing IT operations across multiple regions.
