Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to support the company’s digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Lead the IT team in managing and optimizing internal networks, servers, data storage systems, and cloud services—especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Drive the adoption and systemization of electronic form (E-Form) platforms to enhance workflow efficiency.
Implement and maintain Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.
Oversee ERP and document management systems to ensure stable, scalable operations aligned with departmental needs.
Enforce cybersecurity policies, manage system stability, and oversee secure data backup and recovery mechanisms.
Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure at construction sites, ensuring robust connectivity with the main office.
Promote and manage remote access technologies to support real-time communication and collaboration across teams.
Provide cross-departmental IT support and consultancy to enhance interdepartmental efficiency.
Stay informed of emerging technologies, including AI-related tools and trends, and ASSESS their potential applications within the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 10 years of IT-related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Prior experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployment.
Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting HRMS and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture, on-site IT infrastructure planning, and system support.
Familiarity with remote work platforms and VPN configurations to ensure seamless off-site operations.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in artificial intelligence technologies will be highly regarded, particularly in areas such as: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Open-source LLM frameworks (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral)
Fine-tuning techniques and use of advanced closed-source AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini)
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and leadership acumen.
