Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Assistant) Product Manager to join our team. The (Assistant) Product Manager will be responsible for leading the market development of cloud-based applications on voice, messaging and AI automation areas, from new idea generation, business case formulation to product commercialization. The main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the market development of cloud-based applications in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and manage product pricing and profitability and monitor product performance against financial targets.
  • Liaise with business partners and manage solution vendors to ensure the end-to-end service delivery (provisioning, customer service, billing)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment of product development with overall business strategy
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT and Telecom industry, and apply this knowledge to product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years' product marketing experience in SaaS software or cloud applications industries; Experience in product development is a plus
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers and partners.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
