Summary

Our client is a well-known FMCG company and they are now looking for Product Manager to join their expanding team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Work closely with marketing, buyer teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective allocation of resources.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
