A fast-growing cyber consultancy in Dublin is looking for a solid IT Field Engineer to join the team. You’ll be working with clients across both the private and public sector, supporting everything from desktops to servers, M365, Teams, and SharePoint — classic 1.5 level support stuff (a step between L1 and L2).

This is a great springboard role for someone who’s good with people, technically confident, and keen to build a career in cyber. Loads of training on tools like Fortinet and Sophos, and over time you'll be set up to move into areas like ethical hacking, network architecture, or security engineering.

What you need:

• Good base in IT support — desktop, server, M365, AD/Entra ID
• Some networking and cloud familiarity (VPNs, troubleshooting, remote tools)
• Strong English and people skills – client-facing role
• Your own car and a clean license (mileage fully paid)

Nice to have:

• CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certs
• Experience with ticketing systems or asset management
• Some awareness of cybersecurity principles
