Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture framework aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Serve as a security thought leader across IT, working closely with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, infrastructure, application development, and operations teams.
• Define and document security policies, reference architectures, and standards for technologies such as IAM, data protection, network security, and endpoint security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors, provide recommendations, and assist with the design of secure solutions.
• Conduct security architecture reviews for major projects and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and architectural reviews for new systems and applications.
• Define secure patterns and reusable controls for DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Monitor emerging security threats and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with the GRC team to ensure security controls are auditable and meet compliance requirements.
• Provide strategic direction on security toolsets and integrations across the enterprise (e.g., SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, Zero Trust, SASE).
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a senior architecture or engineer role
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), IAM, encryption, and network security
• Hands-on experience with security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, TOGAF, SABSA, or similar
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
