Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture framework aligned with business and IT strategy. * Serve as a security thought leader across IT, working closely with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, infrastructure, application development, and operations teams. * Define and document security policies, reference architectures, and standards for technologies such as IAM, data protection, network security, and endpoint security. * Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors, provide recommendations, and assist with the design of secure solutions. * Conduct security architecture reviews for major projects and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS). * Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and architectural reviews for new systems and applications. * Define secure patterns and reusable controls for DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS). * Monitor emerging security threats and vulnerabilities * Collaborate with the GRC team to ensure security controls are auditable and meet compliance requirements. * Provide strategic direction on security toolsets and integrations across the enterprise (e.g., SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, Zero Trust, SASE). Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred) * 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a senior architecture or engineer role * Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), IAM, encryption, and network security * Hands-on experience with security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, TOGAF, SABSA, or similar * Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
