Responsibilities

• Own and drive platform support and operations of core technical components such as Identity & Access Management, API Platform, AWS Cloud Platform and so on.
• Provide support to consumers and product development teams by handling incoming requests, detailing out requirements with stakeholders, and organizing 2nd/3rd level support to deliver the needs
• Own and define the product backlog of AWS Cloud platform development together with Product owner. Product backlog shall include evergreening, operational improvement, automation, platform observability etc.
• With Product Owner, Solution Architect, Software Engineers and DevSecOps Engineers, deliver feature and operational improvements following company’s Enterprise Architecture and Security principals
• Continuously explore new technologies and solutions and drive technical change Continuously explore and drive improvements in terms of new technologies and solutions
• Stay up to date on trends in technology in general focusing on Observability, Software Architecture & Security, and Cloud Computing topics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or in similar fields – Master/PhD is a bonus (CGPA > 3.0 or similar grading is a must)
• 5+ years professional experience or exposure as Technical Product Owner, Technical Analyst or similar role with proven experience in software development and operation roles with knowledge of: microservices architecture, AWS and public cloud, REST APIs design, Pub/sub and event-drive architecture, CICD, infrastructure-as-code
• Technically sound with experience as DevOps or SysOps engineer
• Excellent analytical capabilities, ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders, highly committed, self-driven, and customer oriented
• Team player with hands-on mentality and able to set priorities to craft a direction, while able to work independently
• Passionate and constantly learning about new software technology and architecture
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya (Selangor)
