About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who have strong communication skills in Mandarin and English and a keen interest in technology and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking systems and digital services.
• Act as a bridge between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (e.g., clients, developers, vendors) and internal teams to ensure accurate communication and alignment.
• Assist in developing functional specifications, business cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Support the implementation and testing of new system features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare related documentation.
• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest fintech trends, regulatory changes, and banking technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in IT/business analysis are encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is required.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of banking operations, IT systems, or software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is a bonus.
