As an IT Asset & Configuration Specialist, you’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly by ensuring our asset inventory is well-maintained and configurations are consistent across the board. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build a reliable configuration management database (CMDB) and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Track and maintain physical and digital assets (hardware, software, licenses, etc.) and ensure accurate records reflecting asset status and changes.
• Establish and manage configuration baselines for IT systems, keeping the CMDB up to date using automated tools and manual inputs.
• Create and update documentation for configuration items and changes, ensuring processes are clear and easy to follow.
• Ensure assets and configurations meet company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and recommend improvements.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong understanding of ITIL and experience in asset management setup and operations.
• Familiarity with IT systems, ESM solutions (Freshservice is an advantage).
• Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Great communication and collaboration skills—you thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
