We are seeking a motivated Investment Operations Associate to join our team in Phoenix!
Engaging in investment management, trading, and reporting, the Investment Ops Associate is responsible for supporting the investment process by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of trades, managing client relationships, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Trade Submissions and Execution
- Managing trade submissions, confirming and documenting transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Trade Records and Reporting
- Maintaining accurate records of trades and financial data for reporting purposes, including NAV (Net Asset Value) and P&L (Profit and Loss) items.
- Compliance Auditing and verifying trade records to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management Communicating with internal and external relationships, including financial advisors and client service professionals.
- Operational Support Assisting with tasks like providing daily cash liquidity reports, funding daily business, and preparing hedging recommendations.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Experience with large transactions at a high volume
- Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in financial data and compliance with regulations.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to analyze financial data and identify potential issues is important for ensuring the integrity of investment operations.
- Understanding of SEC requirements and other relevant regulations is necessary for compliance.
