Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations at Diversified Landscape Management LLC. The Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow within the company.

• Experience in operations management
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus
