We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join our growing team!

What You Will Accomplish With Us

  • Conduct compliance reviews of investments and the trading desk.
  • Participate in systemic monitoring and compliance audits (test the application of the compliance program and internal controls).
  • Perform various tasks such as documenting policies, procedures, processes, and testing programs, researching investment regulations, producing compliance reports, programming and maintaining our investment compliance system (Charles River), updating the rule dictionary, and reviewing and approving personal transactions.
  • Assist in tracking incidents, operational risk, and regulatory risk.
  • Participate in the proxy voting process and analyze voting proposals in accordance with the voting policy that incorporates ESG factors (Environmental, Social, Governance).
  • Assist the team with tasks related to compliance projects.

What You Will Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
  • Internship experience (an asset).
  • You are curious and interested in the field of investment.
  • You possess problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partners.
  • You have a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Be bilingual (French and English). Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
  • You are available to work 35 hours a week from September 2 to December 19, 2025.
  • You must return to your studies in the winter session after your internship.
