The student, as part of the IT team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will be involved in application development and technology research for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide support in application release cycle particularly analyze user stories, design and develop/enhance applications, maintain technical documentation and perform testing
- PoC with new technologies for use-case application and work on new solution that complement existing on-premise and cloud-based CRM solutions
- Be involved in incident and change management process
- Contribute to cloud-based solution monitoring and operation support
Internship learning outcomes:
- Integrate knowledge and sharpen skills pertaining to the design and development of applications in a professional setting
- High level understanding of CRM business domain and the enabling platform/applications
- Exposure to SaaS solutions and knowledge of enterprise network & infrastructure setup for web application hosting
- Practical experience of classroom theories, software development methodologies & IT service management framework
- Hone people and presentation skills through interfacing with internal stakeholders
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Major from Computer Science or Information System
- Good hands-on in web application development using .NET Core & MS SQL
- Academic exposure in GUI design, Agile/DevOps, Mobile Apps, Data Analytics is an advantage
- Proactive, eager to learn and resourceful in exploring new technology independently
