As part of the PSO organization, the Technical Solutions Consultants team are creative problem solvers who ensure businesses utilize advertising solutions as efficiently and effectively as possible. Role Overview

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will develop deep expertise in advertising solutions, consult clients on best practices, and resolve technical issues. Technical Solutions Consultants are naturally curious, thrive in ambiguous situations, and excel at crafting creative solutions tailored to client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build technical expertise in various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
  • Resolve technical issues related to the usage of advertising solutions.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize needs, and build market or vertical plans for technical services.


Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
  • Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies including, but not limited to, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of the Advertising Technology ecosystem is a significant plus.
  • Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.


This is an initial 12-month contract with visibility for renewals and extensions.
