Job Location:

Delhi NCR or Gurgaon preferred

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Utilize your expertise in cold calling to reach out to potential clients across various industries including BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, and more in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through effective prospecting, data mining, and territory & account planning.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs, articulate JP Tokyo's value proposition, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of JP Tokyo's services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Shift Flexibility: Be willing to work in either Australian shift or European shift timings to ensure seamless communication with clients in different time zones.
  • IT Services Knowledge: Leverage your prior knowledge or experience in the IT services industry to better understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on cold calling in markets like North America, Europe, Australia, or South Africa.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
