Tasks

• Assist in providing back-office support to the sales,.
• Support internal coordination of projects delivered to customers, ensuring a smooth process and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations based on services and prices predefined by the sales.
• Assist in preparing invoices and follow-up on payment collection.
• Support coordination between related laboratories, customers, suppliers, and account managers.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but any related experience or internships are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a college or degree program.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a strong sense of quality.
• A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to provide excellent service.
