Max Greece is growing fast—and we’re looking for our Integrator, the execution-focused leader who will bring a new management operating system to life inside our company.

As a CEO, I bring the ideas, energy, and long-term vision. You will be the structured, detail-driven powerhouse who makes it all real—turning vision into results.

🔧 Your role:

• Own Business implementation: Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly meetings and Reviews, Quarterly Goals, Business Scorecard, PnL, Accountability
• Manage daily operations and lead the Executive team
• Drive execution and solve issues before they hit the CEO’s desk
• Align departments, remove friction, and scale smart
• Orchestrate Procedures and Systems that improve daily performance

You are:

• Obsessed with systems, KPIs, and team accountability
• Calm under pressure, organized, and a doer
• Sales Background with talent-development track-record
• A strong, clear communicator for Open and Honest Relationships
• Experienced in Management of Businesses (team of 50+ people) or hungry to master it
• Able to work in Greece or Remotely

Ideal: You’ve run operations or been second-in-command in a growing company. Bonus if you’ve worked successfully with founder-led businesses.
