Our established client, a leading beverage company, is seeking a seasoned Sr. Instructional Designer/Developer to design a highly interactive 2-hour virtual workshop focused on Conflict Resolution and Giving & Receiving Feedback. The session will be delivered by internal HR partners either in person or virtually via MS Teams or Webex.

The workshop must go beyond traditional breakout rooms and incorporate engaging interactive elements such as polls, whiteboards, and other tools that promote active learning. The ideal consultant will have experience using, and hold active licenses, for Slido, Prezi, or comparable engagement platforms.

Project Scope

• Conflict Resolution: Original content will need to be developed, guided by client input and references to an existing off-the-shelf course.
• Giving & Receiving Feedback: Content will be adapted from an existing 55-slide internal PowerPoint course.

Workshop Revamp Goals

• Enhanced visuals (branding, templates, and photo guidelines to be provided)
• High interactivity throughout the session
• Tangible takeaways to drive continued dialogue
• A concise facilitator guide
• Optional one-page job aid

Start Date: Interviews scheduled the week of April 28 or May 5; anticipated start date 2–3 weeks after offer acceptance

Duration: TBD but estimated up to 160 hours. Flexible working hours.

Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Strong foundation in Adult Learning Theory and Learning Experience Design (LXD)
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing interactive virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
• Proficiency with and active licenses for Slido, Prezi, or similar engagement tools
• Strong PowerPoint and visual layout skills
• Ability to curate, synthesize, and adapt extensive existing content
• Able to share excellent work samples during an unrecorded interview with the client.
• Comfortable providing an estimate on hours for project completion post-interview.

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
