We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated
Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is key to driving sales, building relationships, and supporting our business-to-business (B2B) operations. You'll work closely with our wholesale partners, vendors, and internal teams to help expand our reach and revenue.
Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Location: 3000 Town Center, Suite 2430. Southfield, MI 48075.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Engage with prospective and current customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Maintain and grow relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and vendors
- Identify sales opportunities and close deals within assigned accounts
- Provide product information, support, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to support business goals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and follow up on leads
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with experience selling to wholesalers and pharmacies.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and iON Pharma USA product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market presence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoints.
