FASTSIGNS - Leander & Cedar Park is hiring a new member of our sales team!

We strive to provide excellent customer service and build long term relationships with our customers. We are primarily B2B and believe it is our responsibility to help our customers look great through both beautiful signage and excellent customer service that helps ensure their deadlines are met. We are proactive, friendly, helpful and problem solvers.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Assist the customer through the entire project from estimate to installation
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
  
  
  

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Quick learner
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
• Motivated to help others do amazing things
• Strong desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally
• Hard worker
• Driven
• Great problem solver
• 1-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
