We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the sales process, and a proven ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets
• Handle inbound/outbound calls & generate leads
• Present product features & benefits to clients
• Follow up with school coordinators to increase adoption
• Support field sales with appointment setting
• Maintain client data, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/MBA degree
• 2–4 years of inside sales experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
• Knowledge of the local language preferred
