Summary

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT industry.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance to optimize sales processes.
  • Train and develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Foster strong relationships with IT clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline development.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
  • 3+ years of Tele sales of IT products / solutions
  • Cloud sales preferred
  • Existing customer database and relationship preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and IT sales methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Client visit if needed
