The Work: Inside Sales Account Representative

An Inside Sales Account Representative is responsible for generating sales and revenue, managing client relationships, qualifying leads, understanding and promoting products, reporting sales activities, collaborating with team members, providing customer support, and staying informed about market trends.


  • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts.

  • Has end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for portfolio or territory, including pipeline origination, progression, close, and post-close account management.

  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.

  • Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership.


  • Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years full-cycle B2B sales experience; end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, progression, close, and post-close account management.

  • Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.

  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling for SMB. B2B.

  • Experience in using CRM systems to track leads, update records.

  • Has quota-based sales experience with a proven impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion.


  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred

  • Experience in Technology or Hospitality Industry

  • Specific knowledge of cloud-based technology platforms and tools such as Microsoft Dynamics. Business travel and expense management experience a plus.
