We are looking for a dynamic and curious intern to support the deployment and operational management of our Innovation Program. The intern will contribute to both the communication and technical aspects of the program, ensuring its continuous improvement and smooth functioning. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and open innovation, communication, and digital tools.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Support the internal communication of the innovation program worldwide through creative initiatives, reports and regular updates.
  • Coordinate monthly follow-ups with De Nora's Innovation Champions to monitor progress, gather feedback and identify new ways to increase engagement and impact.
  • Support the innovation process monitoring: track the idea lifecycle – from submission to implementation ensuring that each step of the innovaton process is followed correctly
  • Run PDCA activities on the innovation process to highlight bottlenecks and solutions
  • Administrate the idea management software, its continuous improvement, and its maintenance
  • Perform monthly data extraction from Galileo to update KPI using PowerBI and excel reports contributing to statistical analysis
  • Support onboarding sessions for new employees and new members of the innovation team


Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in marketing, communication, management of innovation and technology or similar field.
  • Education and/or professional experience abroad
  • Familiarity with tools and software for data management.
  • Familiarity with general concepts of innovation management.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and other customer-centric tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Open minded and curious candidate, with interest in learning innovation management and communication in industry settings.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver profile, with attitude leaning towards experimentation.
