Job Description :

·       Defining long-term infrastructure roadmap, considering future business requirements, and emerging technologies.

·       Assessing current infrastructure, identifying gaps and proposing modernization plans.

·       Cost optimization analysis and budget planning for infrastructure projects.

·       Designing and documenting complex IT infrastructure solutions including network topology, server architecture, storage systems, and security controls.

·       Selecting appropriate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and designing cloud migration strategies.

·       Creating detailed technical design documents, including capacity planning and scalability considerations.

·       Overseeing infrastructure deployment projects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

·       Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and solutions into the existing infrastructure.

·       Managing infrastructure upgrades and patching cycles to maintain optimal performance and security.

·       Establishing and enforcing infrastructure standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

·       Monitoring infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.

·       Leading incident response and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

·       Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance on infrastructure design and implementation.

·       Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for improvement.

·       Presenting technical architecture proposals to stakeholders and decision-makers.

·       The candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Software Product Management/Network Infrastructures.
