About the Role

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to fuel Dieux’s influencer strategy and organic community growth, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You’ll be the brand’s advocate and connector—building trust and relationships with creators, engaging with Dieux devouts, and turning buzz and EMV into brand loyalty. You’ll lead strategic influencer partnerships, manage thoughtful gifting programs, and foster meaningful connections with our community online and IRL. 


What You'll Dieux:


  • Identify and recruit a diverse portfolio of influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage paid influencer partnerships end-to-end including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, posting schedule, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute influencer mailers—including product seeding, bespoke packaging, logistics in partnership with Finance, Operations, and agencies, and tracking unboxing/posting performance.
  • Plan and execute EMV-driving influencer eventing, tying back to community eventing initiatives with the larger marketing team.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers to build long-term advocacy for Dieux.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our strategy innovative and competitive.
  • Manage influencer budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.


Qualifications:


Experience

  • 5–6 years experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media in the beauty industry required.
  • Proven experience managing paid influencer partnerships driving EMV. 
  • Familiarity with influencer contracts, rate negotiations, usage rights, and content approval processes.
  • Proficient with influencer platforms and social media tools (e.g., Tribe, CreatorIQ, Dash, etc.).
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial environments. 
  • Experience with DTC and Sephora strategies.
  • Familiarity with Press or TYB (Try Your Best) platform is a plus!

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with creators and maintain positive, professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills—you can juggle multiple campaigns and conversations at once while sticking to timelines.
  • Deep understanding of social media, creator economy, and trends.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Data-driven decision-making capability with strong analytical skills.
  • Can-do mindset with innovative, out-of-the-box creativity.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
