As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Implementation Manager to play a pivotal role in onboarding new customers and ensuring their success with Marq. Role Overview: As an Implementation Manager, you will be the first point of contact for new enterprise clients, guiding them through the implementation process to ensure a seamless transition onto the Marq platform. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects, maintaining clear communication with both customers and internal teams, and driving successful deployment by collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding & Project Management: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise clients, sharing best practices, integrating solutions, and delivering training to ensure a smooth transition from initiation to deployment. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage clients throughout the implementation journey, providing timely updates, addressing any open items, and ensuring key milestones are met to maintain project momentum. World-Class Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, providing comprehensive follow-ups, and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Documentation: Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user resources, FAQs, best practices, and internal workflows. Internal Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal teams informed on project statuses, ensuring transparency, alignment, and proactive resolution of any potential roadblocks that could impact project success. Problem Solving & Escalation: Identify potential blockers or challenges during implementation, proactively addressing or escalating them to ensure successful customer outcomes. Collaboration with Professional Services: Work closely with the Professional Services team to assign design-related tasks, monitor progress, and communicate updates to clients. Post-Implementation Transition: Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless handoff post-implementation, setting clients up for long-term success on the Marq platform. Required Qualifications: Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, project management, or consulting, ideally within a SaaS environment (startup or mid-sized company experience is preferred). Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities, coupled with strong listening skills, to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for providing top-tier service and building positive, lasting client relationships. Ownership Mentality: A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement, taking initiative, and driving changes that benefit both the customer and the organization. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage changing priorities. *Bonus Skills: A background in design or experience working with creative tools and solutions is a plus.
