Summary

JOB TITLE: Implementation Specialist FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt DEPARTMENT: Implementation REPORTS TO: Public Sector Manager ERP SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No JOB LOCATION: Remote TRAVEL: 40% SUMMARY OF POSITION: Working in i3 Verticals Public Sector, join a robust team of implementation specialists to implement new logos, expand on existing client solutions and ensure the latest and greatest software the industry has to offer for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for configurations, perform tasks in support of Implementations for Onboarding new clients and upgrading existing clients to our cloud-based software for expanding our Utility customer base and satisfaction. Work with other department personnel to achieve each layer of the Implementation and deliver the products and services the customer purchased in their contract. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct demonstrations and a product overview for our customers * Interpret customer compliance requirements and business processes in sufficient detail to develop technical specifications * Configure utility billing software per design specifications * Perform a System Study for upgrading clients to our cloud-based software * Develop documentation and perform training for each assigned project * Develop analytical functions such as data mapping * Perform data entry tasks such as rate changes, adding districts, and sewer averaging * Perform unit testing of utility billing software to verify configuration per design specifications * Assist managers with managing smaller ad-hoc request projects and provide technical expertise when needed * Provides support to customers until the project is fully transitioned to the Support team * Ability to multi-task * Communicate status of projects to clients in weekly Project Status Meetings * Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures * Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing business processes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): * Associate degree in computer/software related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): * 2+ years' experience in software implementation * 2+ years' experience in utility industry PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
