Hello! We are very excited to announce a new opportunity at ChildrenFlow, LLC, for a Client Partnerships & Implementation Manager. This full-time position is based in Houston, TX. Work primarily from home, with responsibilities in the Houston local area, as well as in-state and out-of-state travel up to 30% of the year.

ChildrenFlow provides innovative and impactful professional development services to early childhood initiatives. We provide services to school districts, early childhood quality improvement state initiatives, Head Start programs, and other organizations that provide early childhood education.
Our vision is to develop each child’s unique being and deepen their interconnectedness with the world that surrounds them. Our goal is to help build a better and happier world. We accomplish this by providing training, coaching, assessments, and other services to early childhood programs.
What you will be doing in this role. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Client Success & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth implementation of ChildrenFlow’s services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and potential expansions of contracts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s needs and guiding them through the implementation process.
- Provide ongoing client support, follow-ups, and check-ins to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
Project & Implementation Management:
- Lead the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service implementation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to problem-solve and optimize service execution.
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upsells, and expanded services within existing accounts.
- Lead the sales outreach to identify and engage new prospective clients, expanding ChildrenFlow’s client base and impact.
- Work alongside the leadership team to develop strategies for market expansion.
- Attend, present, and support ChildrenFlow’s booth at conferences for new business development.
Service Delivery:
- Facilitate and deliver professional development training in person or online.
- Conduct classroom assessments using tools like CLASS® and ERS®
- Provide coaching and mentoring for early childhood professionals
Qualifications & Skills:
- BA Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in client relationship management, project management, or sales in education or related fields.
- Experience in providing training and coaching in the early childhood education field
- One or more of the following certifications are preferred but not mandatory: CLASS® and/or ERS® Tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive client engagement.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with business development and exploring opportunities for growth within existing client relationships and new markets.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong technology skills (experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and virtual training platforms preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 30% in-state or out-of-state
