Implementation Coordinator Lead
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.
The Implementation Coordinator Lead is responsible for leading the implementation process for new accounts and monitoring renewal implementations.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Works directly with clients, consultants and brokers to define benefits, group structure, reporting and other client requirements.
* Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the implementation process.
* Maintains Project Plan and manages project plan across various groups within the organization (Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Finance, IT Specialty (HMC, Dental, L&D, Vision, Pharmacy, etc.), Medical Management, and Group Medicare.
* Ensures completion of all critical deliverables in a solution oriented manner.
* Develops effective relationships with existing clients, new clients and internal partners, such as Sales Support Services,
* Operations, Sales, ID Cards, E&B, and Underwriting.
* Works collaboratively to resolve issues.
* Identifies opportunities for process improvements and conducts on-going root cause analysis.
* Acts as primary contact/liaison between clients to resolve issues related to implementation plan design and customer deliverables.
* Works hand in hand with Sales and Sales Support teams in developing prospects and responding to RFPs
Minimum Requirements
* Requires BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in health insurance field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
* Candidate must have strong sense of professionalism and desire to grow within our organization
* Strong presentation skills and facilitating meetings
* Master's degree preferred
* Salesforce experience highly preferred
* Travel may be required
