Summary

Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Manager for our client, one of the largest electrical contractors in the Lower Mainland. The Operations Manager will lead the client's IMIT team, which entails end-to-end electrical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee project execution, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Foster positive client relationships and address concerns.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical project management.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
