When you join RadNet as an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to understand access requirements for the development of enterprise role-based classifications to support RadNet's migration to cloud-based platforms. Provide support for system integrations and new applications, ensuring proper access controls are in place. Oversee the complete lifecycle of user identities, including onboarding, role changes, and termination processes. Ensure timely removal of access for terminated employees and manage user transfers across departments. Manage and configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring that access to applications and data aligns with user roles and responsibilities. Implement and maintain security controls such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) across systems. Perform periodic access audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, SOX). Provide recommendations to enhance SOX auditing as it related to IAM. Monitor IAM systems for suspicious activity and respond to potential security breaches related to unauthorized access. Investigate and mitigate security incidents related to user access or authentication failures. Administer and optimize IAM tools for efficient access management and integration with enterprise applications. Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide user support regarding access or authentication problems. Develop, document, and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure secure and compliant identity management. Review and update policies as necessary to align with changing security standards and regulations. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline IAM processes, such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access approvals. Continuously improve IAM systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance security. Coordinate with the National Account Admin Team to analyze and build efficiencies into the user lifecycle and review processes. Generate reports related to access control, user activity, and system health for management review. Document all IAM processes, incidents, and resolutions to maintain compliance and improve operational transparency. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong understanding of application, operating system and database identity security controls. Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege access, and IAM concepts, principles, and technologies. Experience in identity and access management, IT security, or a similar role. Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, or similar systems. Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) systems. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX). Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Knowledge of scripting languages for automation a plus (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills including speaking in front of others. Must be meticulously organized and self-motivated. Writing skills, a must. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to bring projects to completion.
