Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: * Solution Design and Architecture: * Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and architecture of Auth0 solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry standards. * Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications that outline the integration of Auth0 with existing client systems, including APIs, microservices, and legacy applications. * Ensure that all design aspects meet the client's security, compliance, and scalability needs, especially in a shipping and logistics environment. * Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management: * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and set milestones. * Act as the primary point of contact for the client, representing TCS's interests and capabilities while building long-term, trust-based relationships. * Lead workshops and technical discussions with client stakeholders to communicate architecture strategies and ensure alignment with their business goals. * Team Leadership and Collaboration: * Manage and guide development teams, including both onsite and offshore resources, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project's technical vision and goals. * Mentor and support team members by providing technical direction, setting coding and quality standards, and ensuring adherence to best practices. * Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers, to ensure a cohesive approach to implementation. * Project Management and Delivery: * Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring that key milestones are met and that delivery is on time and within budget. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues. * Provide regular status updates and reports to both the client and TCS leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication. * Technical Innovation and Best Practices: * Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to identity management and Auth0 solutions. * Evaluate and recommend new tools, techniques, and approaches that can enhance the implementation and overall performance of the Auth0 solution. * Ensure that all aspects of the solution are optimized for scalability, performance, and maintainability. * Compliance and Security Management: * Ensure that all solutions meet compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations, while adhering to industry best practices for identity management. * Collaborate with security teams to conduct audits, assessments, and penetration testing, ensuring that the solution is secure and resilient against threats. * Document all architectural decisions, configurations, and implementation details to ensure future support and compliance audits. * Post-Implementation Support and Optimization: * Lead the transition to support teams post-implementation, providing knowledge transfer and documentation. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the Auth0 solution, including performance enhancements and the introduction of new features. * Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to the client, ensuring a smooth post-deployment experience. Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience in implementing and architecting solutions using Auth0. * Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. * Experience managing and coordinating development teams, including offshore and onsite teams. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to present solutions in a clear and professional manner. * Expertise in authentication, authorization, identity management, and security protocols. * Ability to provide industry-level solutions tailored to the specific needs of the client. Preferred Skills: * Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus. * Knowledge of other IAM solutions and security tools is advantageous. * Certification in Auth0 or related technologies.
