Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled IAM Developer with a focus on IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) for a long-term opportunity in the Netherlands. The candidate should be process-oriented, have good documentation skills, and possess a collaborative mindset. Experience with any IAM tool is acceptable, but the candidate should be open and willing to learn SailPoint Development.

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong development knowledge in any programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
• Prior experience in IAM or IGA-related development roles.
• Willingness to learn and work on SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
• Good collaboration and communication skills in English.
• Able to create process documentation and work in a structured, process-driven environment.

💡 Good to Have:

• Prior experience with SailPoint Development.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts like provisioning, workflows, role management, policy enforcement, etc.
