We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Developer with expertise in Identity & Access Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be having 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-own the technical design, development, configuration, and operation of mentioned IAM Directory landscape with a clear focus on NetIQ Directory Services and IDM.
- Support the system and product architects by refining and implementing enablers for the architectural runway.
- Validation and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements in agreement with business / IT principles and practices.
- Provide high level effort estimation for the implementation of the designed solutions.
- Develop and configure new functionality in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes.
- Drive standardization, automation and pro-activity.
- Actively participate is the Agile/Scrum events.
- Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities/functionalities according to the specifications.
- Able to develop and implement CICDCT based automation.
- Capable of identifying improvements in processes and used technology.
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 10 years professional experience with Identity & Access Management.
- Min 7 to 10 years professional experience with Directories in general.
- Extensive experience with Linux, NetIQ eDir and IDM is a must have.
- Experience with RedHat DS, MS AD, and Azure AD is a preferred.
- You are familiar with and have hands-on experience with most of the products mentioned, e.g. Rundeck, Docker, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Python and Postman.
- Experience with working in an Agile team and working DevOps.
- Sound understanding of security, e.g. technologies used, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
