Responsibilities

AUT technical Support (80%)

• Lead HyService AUT related Offer To Order and Order To Cash technical solution making or coordinating.
• Prepare technical proposal or bidding documents, technical reports etc.
• Provide technical support to HyService Sales and PM when customer visit, technical inquiry, site assessment, seminar, trouble shooting etc.
• Provide HySevice AUT engineering or coordinate AUT engineering from automation dept.
• Develop new product/service solutions.
• Provide site supervision, commissioning and repair when necessary.
• Provide technical training.
  
  

AUT Technical management (20%)

• Build HyService AUT technical database and manage technical documents.
• Setup and develop HyService AUT technical competencies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in Automation or Electrical Engineering;
• At least 5 Years experience in Electric or Automation design and/or Commissioning, Hydro preferred
• Experience on HW engineering tool such as CAD/EPLAN/COMOS.
• Experience on PLC programming and HMI design (Siemens, Schneider etc.)
• CET 4, workable English in speaking and writing
• Problem solving.
• Can work under pressure.
• Collaborative and be a team player.
