Responsibilities

• Lead the design of HVAC and Plumbing schematics for the multi-storey residential, hospital and mixed-use type building located in USA, India and Middle East.
• Ensuring the design to be energy efficient and cost efficient, complying all the code requirement
• Actively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to understand the project requirement.
• Lead the development of design specifications, material selection, CAD design and detailed execution
  
  

drawings.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals and engineers to evaluate modular design, offsite prefabrication
  
  

feasibility and cost.

• Performing engineering modeling simulation techniques as required.
• Perform failure mode analysis and estimate life of components used in the mechanical design.
• Knowledge of controls and implementation of household mechanical appliances is a plus.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Technology Mechanical Engineering
• 14+ years of experience.
• Understanding of fundamental engineering concepts.
• Experience with design of HVAC and Plumbing designs for building projects
• Experience with Industry-specific BIM software such as Revit is a plus.
