About the Role – As the Talent Acquisition & HR Manager at Wildcat Lending, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives and oversee core HR functions to support our company’s growth. In this stand-alone role, you will take a hands-on approach to full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while also managing HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will refine recruitment processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance employer branding through targeted outreach. Additionally, you will develop a structured onboarding program, track key hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Full-Cycle Recruitment – Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, overseeing sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Optimization – Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and branch managers to refine recruitment processes and meet hiring needs efficiently
  • Candidate Sourcing & Employer Branding – Build strong talent pipelines through social media, networking, industry partnerships, and outreach efforts while enhancing employer brand visibility
  • Onboarding & Employee Engagement – Design and implement an effective onboarding program to improve new hire retention, engagement, and productivity
  • Recruitment Analytics & Compliance – Track key hiring metrics, optimize recruitment efficiency, and ensure adherence to employment regulations and best practices
  • Targeted Talent Outreach – Develop and maintain relationships with top talent through strategic networking, passive candidate engagement, and industry connections


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience in the mortgage and/or financial services industries strongly preferred
  • Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and onboarding best practices
  • Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and compliance best practices
