• Liaison to the MSP HR Operations and Application Management Support teams; operates AMS governance, handles issues and escalations to include tracking SLAs and performance metrics for all HRIS-related services, creates user stories and tracks backlog, and implements continuous improvement.
• Partner with groups across HR and the enterprise to understand current pain points and explore opportunities to remediate via HR Operations process improvement and HR Technology (SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform, ServiceNow, Hyland OnBase, etc.), build the business case and partner with stakeholders to implement
• Monitor current HR Systems and tools – ensure upgrades and releases are done timely and systems are being used as intended / to their full capability Product owner for SuccessFactors and other HR Operations systems, responsible for overseeing ongoing implementation (to include break/fix), customization, and enhancements to meet the needs of the organization in partnership with ALCS Enterprise Technology and IBM AMS teams. Process owner for HR Operations, accountable for optimizing work using technology, automation, and/or outsourcing.
