HR Manager – Change & Transformation Focus


Join a high-performing, multi-skilled team as a HR Manager supporting business transformation across UK operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner closely with leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives, lead on organisational change and design, and play a key role in TUPE processes and cultural integration.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Drive organisational change initiatives, supporting restructures, job design, and transition planning.
  • Lead and advise on end-to-end TUPE processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth colleague experience.
  • Coach and build leader capability to embed strong people management practices.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to implement HR products and processes across the business.
  • Support delivery of cyclical people activities including performance, reward, and talent.
  • Provide data-led insights to inform decisions and enhance the employee experience.


What we’re looking for:


  • A qualified HR professional with strong generalist experience in a regulated environment.
  • Proven success leading change, transformation, and TUPE projects.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing at all levels.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to align HR delivery with business goals.
  • Comfortable using HR systems and data to drive outcomes.
