Role: HR Consultant

Location: Flint, UK.

Duration: 6 – 12 Months

Pay rate: £24/ Hourly

Job Description:

Brief scope:

• Team includes another ER Specialist and reports into ER Leader (me).
• Partner with wider HRBP’s, People Solutions Team and Team Leaders.
• This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Disciplinary investigations and hearings
• Grievance investigations
• LTS absence management
• Capability management
• Requires experience of case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters.
• Requires experience of coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hands on vs advisory.

Level of experience

• Seasoned in role with demonstrable experience.
• Keen to expand ER knowledge
• CIPD Level 5.

Desirable criteria:

• FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience.

High volume disciplinary and LTS absence management experience
