Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, the appointee will be required to:
- lead the HR Section in the implementation of a full spectrum of human resources management covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff relations as well as other HR functions;
- devise and implement company-wide initiatives, such as manpower planning and restructuring, staff capacity building, performance reward system and staff communication programs, etc.;
- develop and review the Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operation manuals, so as to ensure the HR policies & procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances and the CORPORATE strategic directions;
- be responsible for the preparation and control of HR budget and assist in monitoring the manpower budget of R&D Projects;
- prepare relevant reports for management review;
- liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR issues and give advice on HR matters;
- assist in the development of HR information system to streamline the work processes for enhancing operational efficiency; and
- perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- At least five or more years of solid experience in HR management;
- Familiar with the Employment Ordinance, the MPF Ordinance and best practices in HR administration;
- Good analytical, organization and problem-solving skills;
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- High proficiency in MS Office applications; and
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.
