Responsibilities

• Report to Managing Director, supervise both Corporate HR and Operations HR team to perform full spectrum of HR functions covering recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits in Hong Kong Office
• Provide daily support to business units with an aim to meet the company’s current and long-term business and operational needs
• Lead and implement HR initiatives in the areas of internal communications and employee engagement
• Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain corporate competitiveness
• Prepare various HR reports for management review
• Perform ad hoc HR projects/initiatives as assigned

Skills & Qualification

• University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, Management or any other related discipline
• 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in supervisory / managerial role, preferably healthcare, beauty or FMCG background
• Solid experience in both corporate office and frontline recruitment
• A team player with people-oriented mindset and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
